Foreluma is the name used for this website and service. For the processing described in this policy, Foreluma is the data controller because it decides why and how personal information is used. We use “Foreluma”, “we”, “us” and “our” in this policy.
You can contact Foreluma using the privacy email below. If responsibility for the website moves to a newly incorporated entity or another operator, we will update this policy before that change applies.
2. Scope of this policy
This policy covers the public Foreluma marketing website and communications you initiate through it. It does not cover customer planning data processed inside the Foreluma platform. Platform data will be governed by the applicable service agreement, data-processing agreement and platform privacy information.
3. Information we collect
Information you provide
If you email us, contact us through the website or request a demonstration, we may receive your name, work email address, organization, phone number, message and any other information you choose to include. Required form fields are marked; optional fields do not need to be completed.
Technical and usage information
Our hosting, infrastructure and security providers may process limited technical information needed to deliver and protect the website, including IP address, browser and device type, requested page, date and time, referring page and security events. Google may receive standard network information when your browser requests the Manrope typeface from Google Fonts.
If you consent to optional analytics, PostHog EU measures page views and website interactions and may use a random browser or device identifier. Session recording is disabled. We do not intentionally send form contents to PostHog.
Cookies and similar technologies
We use local storage to remember your cookie preference. PostHog analytics cookies and local storage are used only after you select “Accept all”. See our cookies policy.

Providing information through a form is not a statutory requirement. Without the required contact information, we may be unable to reply or arrange a demonstration. We do not use this website to make decisions about you based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
6. How long we keep information
We keep personal information only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected:
- ordinary inquiries and demonstration requests are normally deleted or anonymized within 24 months after our last meaningful contact if no customer relationship develops;
- customer, contract, tax and accounting records are kept for the period required by applicable law and to establish or defend legal claims;
- routine access and security logs are kept for the provider-configured period needed for security and troubleshooting, unless an incident requires longer retention;
- analytics identifiers and event data are kept according to our PostHog settings, normally for no more than 12 months, unless deleted or aggregated earlier; and
- your cookie preference remains in your browser until you change it or clear site data.
We may retain a minimal record of a privacy request where needed to show that it was handled.
7. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict personal information, receive a portable copy, object to certain processing, withdraw consent and complain to a regulator. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
Residents of certain US states may also have rights to confirm whether we process their information and to appeal a refusal of a request. We do not discriminate against anyone for exercising a privacy right. Because we do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, there is no sale or advertising-sharing opt-out needed for the practices described here.

You may complain to the data-protection authority where you live or work. In Portugal, this is the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD); in the United Kingdom, it is the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
8. Security, children and policy changes
We use proportionate technical and organizational measures intended to protect personal information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
The website is intended for business users and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this website. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
We may update this policy when the website, our providers or legal requirements change. We will post the revised policy here and update the date above. If a change materially affects how we use information already collected, we will provide any additional notice or choice required by law.
